BEZALEEL Prophetic Company’s Participant Covenant

Preamble

This Covenant binds every student and every Prophet-Elect or Prophetess-Elect of the BEZALEEL Prophetic Company to one standard of conduct, submission, and holiness for the 2026–2027 cohort year and beyond.

The Bezaleel Prophetic Company exists to fulfill the prophetic assignment of Psalm 85:9: “Surely his salvation is nigh them that fear him; that glory may dwell in our land” (KJV). We believe the Glory of the Lord will not rest on a company that does not first walk in the Fear of the Lord. Therefore this Covenant is not a set of club rules. It is a vow made before God and witnessed by His servants.

As the Lord filled Bezaleel with the Spirit of God “in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship” (Exodus 31:3), so we believe He fills those He calls to build His house. Yet Bezaleel built nothing by his own design. He built according to the pattern shown on the mount (Exodus 25:40). In the same way, every member of this Company agrees to build according to the pattern given by its governing body, and not by private revelation, personal ambition, or independent authority.

This Covenant applies to:

  • Prophetic Company Students — all enrolled students in any track of the Company, including the continuing 2026–2027 Prophetic Company Cohort and the Prophetic Training for Leaders track.
  • Prophets-Elect and Prophetesses-Elect — those identified and set apart by the governing body for a two-year season of preparation before ordination into the office of the prophet or prophetess.

“Let all things be done decently and in order.” — 1 Corinthians 14:40

Statement of Faith

Every member of the Company confesses the God revealed in the 66 books of Scripture, and no other. The Jesus of this Covenant is the Jesus of the Bible, not the Jesus of the Watchtower, the Book of Mormon, the Quran, or any new revelation (2 Corinthians 11:4; Galatians 1:8).

The Holy Scriptures

The 39 books of the Old Testament and the 27 books of the New Testament are the inspired Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16). They are the complete revelation of His will and the final authority for all faith and life. No other book, dream, vision, or prophetic word adds to, corrects, or overrides them (Proverbs 30:6; Revelation 22:18–19). The King James Version is the Company’s primary translation.

One God

There is one God, and beside Him there is no other (Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 43:10). He eternally exists as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, co-equal and co-eternal (Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14). God was never a man who became God, and no man will ever become a god.

God the Father

The Father is the eternal Creator of heaven and earth. God is a Spirit (John 4:24). In love He sent His only begotten Son into the world, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish (John 3:16).

Jesus Christ

Jesus Christ is the eternal Word who was with God and was God, and who was made flesh (John 1:1–3, 14). He is not a created being, not the archangel Michael, not a spirit brother of Lucifer, and not merely a prophet. He was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary (Matthew 1:23). He is fully God and fully man, and without sin (Hebrews 4:15). He died on the cross as the complete and final sacrifice for our sins. He rose bodily from the dead on the third day (Luke 24:39), ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father as our High Priest and Advocate. He will return in glory. Only through Him may anyone come to the Father and be saved (John 14:6; Acts 4:12).

The Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is a divine Person, not an impersonal force or active energy. He speaks, teaches, and can be grieved and lied to (John 16:13; Ephesians 4:30; Acts 5:3–4). He glorifies the Lord Jesus Christ, convicts of sin, regenerates the believer, and indwells, guides, comforts, instructs, and empowers them to do the will of the Father. He distributes spiritual gifts today, including prophecy and the discerning of spirits (1 Corinthians 12:7–11), and by Him devils are cast out (Matthew 12:28).

Salvation

Salvation is by grace through faith in the person and work of Jesus Christ, with repentance from sin (Ephesians 2:8–9; Acts 20:21). It is not earned by works, temple ordinances, or membership in any organization.

The Test of Every Spirit

Every word, dream, vision, and teaching within the Company is tried by this confession. “Every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God” (1 John 4:1–3).

Article I — Definitions and Governing Authority

The Governing Body holds final authority over every matter in this Covenant, under the apostolic and prophetic foundation of Ephesians 2:20.

Term Meaning in this Covenant
The Company The Bezaleel Prophetic Company, a ministry of Prophet Dwight Taylor and ProphetDwight.org
Governing Body Prophet Dwight Taylor as founding prophet, together with the Apostolic Council, the leadership of Liberty International Network, and the leaders appointed to govern the Company
Designated Prophetic Leadership The leader or leaders the Governing Body assigns to receive, weigh, and release prophetic words submitted under Part Two
Student Any person enrolled in a Company track for the current cohort year
Prophet-Elect / Prophetess-Elect A person set apart by the Governing Body for the two-year Season of Preparation before ordination
Gathering Any scheduled Company session, in person or on Zoom, including activations and intensives
Governing Leader Any pastor, apostle, bishop, overseer, elder, ministry head, or civic or marketplace leader in a place of authority
Cohort Year October 1 through August 31; the 2026–2027 cohort begins Saturday, October 10, 2026

Section 1.1 — Authority. The Governing Body interprets this Covenant. Where a matter is not addressed, the Governing Body’s written direction governs.

Section 1.2 — Amendment. The Governing Body may amend this Covenant. Members will receive written notice of any change at least 14 days before it takes effect, except where urgent correction is required.

Section 1.3 — Spirit of the Covenant. No member may use the letter of this Covenant to defeat its purpose. Where wording is unclear, the reading that best preserves holiness, order, and the Fear of the Lord prevails.

Article II — General Clauses Binding All Members

Every Student, Prophet-Elect, and Prophetess-Elect is bound by the clauses in this Article, in addition to the Part that applies to them.

Section 2.1 — Use of the Company’s Name. No Student, Prophet-Elect, or Prophetess-Elect shall use the name of the Bezaleel Prophetic Company, in any way, to justify, authorize, or lend weight to any behavior, action, word, or ministry activity that has not been authorized in advance by the Governing Body. This includes:

  • Saying or implying “the Company sent me,” “my prophetic company confirmed this,” or any similar claim not granted in writing.
  • Listing the Company, its logo, or its leaders on flyers, social media profiles, ministry bios, websites, or event materials without written approval.
  • Hosting, preaching at, or promoting any event, conference, prayer line, or deliverance session as a Company function without written approval.
  • Using training material, teaching notes, or recordings to build a separate ministry or paid offering.

A member may truthfully state that they are “a student of the Bezaleel Prophetic Company.” They may not state or imply that the Company endorses, covers, or authorizes anything beyond that.

Section 2.2 — Submission and Covering. Every member submits to the apostolic and prophetic covering of the Company for the length of their enrollment (Hebrews 13:17). Members also remain honorably submitted to the pastor and local assembly where they are planted. The Company does not replace the local church.

Section 2.3 — Confidentiality. What is shared in Gatherings stays in Gatherings. No member shall repeat, post, record, or screenshot another member’s testimony, deliverance, confession, or personal prophetic word without that person’s consent and the Governing Body’s approval.

Section 2.4 — Recordings and Media. Gathering recordings and replays are the property of the ministry. Members shall not download, redistribute, re-upload, or share login access to replays.

Section 2.5 — Holiness of Life. Members shall walk in the Fear of the Lord in private as in public. This includes sexual purity, honesty in speech and money, sobriety, and faithfulness in marriage and family (1 Thessalonians 4:3–7; Proverbs 8:13).

Section 2.6 — Speech About Leaders and Members. Members shall not engage in gossip, slander, or public criticism of the Company, its leaders, or fellow members. Grievances are brought privately and in order (Matthew 18:15–17).

Section 2.7 — Spiritual Warfare and Deliverance. No member shall conduct deliverance ministry, cast out spirits, or confront demonic kingdoms in the name of the Company unless assigned and supervised by the Governing Body. Warfare outside of order opens doors the enemy is waiting to walk through (Acts 19:13–16).

Section 2.8 — Money and Merchandising of the Gift. No member shall charge, request, or accept money, gifts, or favors in exchange for a prophetic word (Micah 3:11; Acts 8:18–20). The gift of God is not for sale.

Section 2.9 — Social Media Conduct. Members shall not post prophetic words, dreams, or visions about nations, churches, public figures, or leaders on any platform while identified with the Company, unless first submitted and released under Article IV.

Part One — Article III: Prophetic Company Students

Students covenant to pay faithfully, attend faithfully, complete every Gathering quiz, and practice the prophetic only within the order of the Company.

Section 3.1 — Tuition

  1. Tuition for each cohort year is set by the Governing Body and published at registration. It is payable in full or by the installment plan offered for that cohort.
  2. Installments are due on the schedule stated at registration and are paid through the Company’s online checkout at prophetdwight.org.
  3. A payment past the grace period stated at registration suspends access to live Gatherings and replays until the account is current.
  4. A student facing genuine hardship shall speak to the Governing Body before a payment is missed, not after. Arrangements are made privately and at the Governing Body’s discretion.
  5. Tuition refunds follow the refund terms published for that cohort at registration, except as the Governing Body approves in writing.
  6. Tuition pays for training. It does not purchase a title, an ordination, a platform, or a guarantee of advancement.

Section 3.2 — Attendance

  1. Students attend every Gathering live, on time, and for the full session.
  2. On Zoom, cameras stay on and students are present in a quiet, appropriate setting. Driving, working, or multitasking during a Gathering is not attendance.
  3. An absence is excused only when the student notifies Designated Leadership before the Gathering, and watches the replay within 10 days.
  4. More than [3] unexcused absences in a cohort year places the student under review and may end enrollment.
  5. Arriving more than [15] minutes late or leaving early without notice counts as half an absence.

Section 3.3 — Quizzes for Each Gathering

  1. Each Gathering is followed by a quiz on the teaching. Every quiz is required.
  2. Quizzes are taken on prophetdwight.org while logged in to the student’s own account. Quizzes submitted while logged out cannot be credited.
  3. Quizzes are due within 10 days of the Gathering.
  4. The passing score is 70%. A student may retake a quiz; the highest attempt counts.
  5. Grades follow a 4.0 scale: 90% and above = 4.0; 80% = 3.0; 70% = 2.0; 60% = 1.0.
  6. Every quiz is the student’s own work. Sharing answers or taking a quiz for another student is a breach of integrity under Section 2.5.
  7. The cohort certificate is issued only when the student’s overall grade is passing.

Section 3.4 — Assignments and Participation

  1. Students complete assigned reading, scripture memory, prayer and fasting assignments, and activations.
  2. Students participate when called on and receive correction without offense (Proverbs 12:1).
  3. Students keep a prophetic journal of dreams, visions, and words received during the cohort year, and present it when asked.

Section 3.5 — Prophetic Practice as a Student

  1. Students prophesy inside Gatherings and activations under the supervision of Designated Leadership.
  2. Every word given in a Gathering may be weighed and judged (1 Corinthians 14:29; 1 John 4:1). Students receive that judging with humility.
  3. Outside Prophetic Company Gatherings, students do not deliver directional, correctional, marriage, relocation, birth, death, or date-specific words to anyone in the name of the Company.
  4. Words for Governing Leaders are handled under the same submission process as Section 4.3.

Section 3.6 — Community and Fellowship

  1. Students honor one another and pray for their cohort.
  2. Company group chats and channels are used for encouragement and Company business only. No selling, recruiting, or promoting outside ministries.
  3. Romantic pursuit of another member during the cohort year must be disclosed to Designated Leadership. This does not apply to couples who were already married or engaged when they joined the cohort.

Part Two — Article IV: Prophets-Elect and Prophetesses-Elect

For two years before ordination, every Prophet-Elect and Prophetess-Elect walks under tested submission: no word to a Governing Leader is released until Designated Prophetic Leadership has received and weighed it.

Section 4.1 — The Season of Preparation

  1. Election into this season is a recognition of calling, not an ordination. The Elect do not use the title “Prophet” or “Prophetess” until ordained. The title “Prophet-Elect” or “Prophetess-Elect” is used only inside the Company unless the Governing Body approves otherwise.
  2. The Season of Preparation lasts two years from the date of election. The Governing Body may extend it where maturity, character, or accuracy has not yet been proven.
  3. Completing two years does not guarantee ordination. Ordination is by the laying on of hands of the Governing Body when the fruit is evident (1 Timothy 5:22).

Section 4.2 — Conduct of the Elect

The Elect are held to a higher standard than students, because “unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required” (Luke 12:48).

  1. The Elect remain faithful in every Student obligation under Part One while also serving in the Company as assigned.
  2. The Elect meet with Designated Prophetic Leadership for accountability at least [monthly].
  3. The Elect maintain a written prophetic log: every word given, to whom, when, and its outcome where known.
  4. The Elect do not accept speaking invitations, host prophetic services, or launch prophetic ministries, podcasts, or prayer lines without advance written approval.
  5. The Elect submit major life decisions that affect their availability or witness — relocation, change of local church, marriage, or new ministry roles — to the Governing Body for counsel before acting.
  6. The Elect keep a disciplined life of prayer, fasting, and study of the KJV Scriptures as assigned.

Section 4.3 — Prophesying to Governing Leaders

A Prophet-Elect or Prophetess-Elect shall only prophesy to a Governing Leader after first submitting the prophetic utterance to Designated Prophetic Leadership and receiving release.

  1. Record. Write the word in full, as received, with the date, the setting, and any dream or vision attached. Do not interpret beyond what was given.
  2. Submit. Deliver the written word privately to Designated Prophetic Leadership. Do not share it with the leader, their staff, their family, or anyone else in the meantime.
  3. Weigh. Designated Prophetic Leadership judges the word against Scripture, the witness of the Spirit, and the fruit of the one who carries it (1 Corinthians 14:29–32).
  4. Release. Leadership returns one of four answers: release as written; release with changes; hold for a season; or do not release.
  5. Deliver. A released word is delivered in the manner, timing, and setting Leadership directs. Where Leadership requires, a Company leader is present or copied.
  6. Report. The Elect report back that the word was delivered and record the leader’s response in the prophetic log.

If a word is not released, the Elect shall not deliver it by any other route — not privately, not through a third party, not as “just a dream,” and not on social media. “The spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets” (1 Corinthians 14:32).

Section 4.4 — Words Requiring Submission in Every Case

Whether the hearer is a Governing Leader or not, the Elect submit the following before delivery:

  • Words of correction, rebuke, or judgment.
  • Words concerning marriage, divorce, conception, sickness, or death.
  • Words naming dates, places, or specific events.
  • Words concerning nations, governments, churches, or public figures.
  • Words that expose sin or a demonic stronghold in another person.

Section 4.5 — Accuracy and Accountability

  1. Words that do not come to pass are reviewed with Designated Prophetic Leadership in humility (Deuteronomy 18:21–22).
  2. A word that has caused harm, confusion, or division is corrected openly with the hearer where Leadership directs.
  3. A pattern of unsubmitted words, inaccurate words, or rebellion to correction ends the Season of Preparation.

Section 4.6 — Path to Ordination

Before ordination the Governing Body confirms that the Elect has:

  • ☐ Completed the two-year Season of Preparation in good standing
  • ☐ Kept every Student obligation, including attendance and quizzes
  • ☐ Maintained a complete prophetic log reviewed by Designated Leadership
  • ☐ Demonstrated submission under Section 4.3 without breach
  • ☐ Borne witness of character from their local pastor
  • ☐ Received the confirmation of the Governing Body in prayer and fasting

Article V — Correction, Restoration, and Removal

Correction in the Company aims at restoration, not punishment, and follows the order of Matthew 18:15–17 and Galatians 6:1.

  1. Private conversation. Designated Leadership speaks with the member privately about the concern.
  2. Written notice. If the matter continues, the member receives written notice naming the breach and the required change.
  3. Review before the Governing Body. The member meets with the Governing Body, may speak for themselves, and receives a decision in writing.
  4. Outcomes. The Governing Body may restore the member, place them on a period of supervised restoration, suspend their access or their Season of Preparation, or end their enrollment.

The Governing Body may act immediately, without the steps above, where there is sexual sin, abuse, theft, false prophecy spoken publicly in the Company’s name, or conduct that endangers others.

A member removed from the Company shall immediately stop identifying with it in any form. Section 2.1 continues to bind former members with respect to the Company’s name.

The door of restoration remains open to the repentant (2 Corinthians 2:6–8).
