Prophetic Training for Leaders is a private, invitation-based track of the Bezaleel Prophetic Company — created only for men and women serving in full-time ministry. In an intimate setting, leaders sharpen their own prophetic gifting apart from those they lead: hearing God more clearly, ministering with integrity, and stewarding the prophetic in leadership. The 2026–2027 cohort begins Saturday, October 10, 2026.

This track is exclusively for those who carry ministry responsibility full-time — a confidential space to be sharpened among equals.
Senior and lead pastors, elders, and shepherds who carry a congregation and need to hear God clearly for the house.
Apostles, prophets, and five-fold leaders who steward gifts publicly and want to be sharpened privately among peers.
Founders, overseers, missionaries, and full-time ministers responsible for others who need their own place to grow.

Module 1
The Leader’s Secret Life in God
Cultivating the Fear of the Lord and personal intimacy away from the platform — hearing God for yourself, not only for those you lead.
Module 2
7 Realms of Spiritual Warfare
You’ll learn the various realms battles are waged in, why identifying them is so difficult, and how to apply the right authority, weapons, and strategy to each realm to be victorious.
Module 3
Sharpening Your Prophetic Edge
Growing your prophetic edge, accuracy, and the seer and hearing dimensions in a room of trusted peers.
Module 4
Prophetic Integrity Under Public Weight
Motives, humility, and guarding against pride, flattery, and the fear of man when your gift is always visible.
Module 5
Discernment for Governance & Decisons
Bringing the prophetic into eldership, strategy, and leading a house — with wisdom and without manipulation.
Module 6
Guarding the Gift
Recognizing burnout, familiar and monitoring spirits, and counterfeit influence around leaders — with personal deliverance and inner healing.
Module 7
Stewarding the Prophetic for Leader’s
Testing, timing, delivering, and recording prophetic words and dreams responsibly — and holding confidence and covenant among peers.
Module 8
Building Prophetic Culture
Raising, covering, and correcting the prophetic people you lead, and imparting the Fear of the Lord to your team and congregation.
Module 9
Prophetic Leadership Endurance
Sustaining the gift over a lifetime — accountability, rhythms of rest, and finishing well without losing your fire.

“A leader cannot be sharpened in the same room they are expected to lead.”
Leaders rarely have a place to be vulnerable about their own knowledge, understanding, wisdom, and giftings. Prophetic Training for Leaders is intentionally separate from those you lead — a small, confidential cohort of peers where you can ask honest questions, be corrected without losing authority, and grow your prophetic accuracy in safety.
It is led by Prophet Dwight Taylor, whose assignment (Psalm 85:9) is to restore the Glory of the Lord to the Church, beginning with the Fear of the Lord.
